  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Make sure breasts are of even thickness for even cooking.
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt-based Caesar.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Use fresh, crisp romaine for best texture.
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated Can substitute with pecorino romano if allergic to parmesan.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning to personal preference.
  • as needed Taco shells or tortillas Choose between soft or crunchy shells.
  • to taste tbsp Olive oil Just enough to coat the pan during cooking.

Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it cool slightly, then shred or chop.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  • Lay out the taco shells or tortillas.
  • Fill each taco with the Caesar chicken mixture.
  • Top with chopped romaine lettuce and grated parmesan cheese.

Serving

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Keep toppings separate to maintain crispiness when reheated. Freeze cooked, undressed chicken for up to 3 months.
