Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 200-250 ml warm, filtered water Water should be warm, not boiling.
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pink salt (Himalayan or Japanese) Adjust based on taste and tolerance.

Optional Add-Ins

  • ½ piece lemon For vitamin C and detox effect.
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey To balance flavor if the salt is strong.
  • 1-2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar Optional for digestive support.
  • 1-2 slices fresh ginger Optional for anti-inflammatory properties.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare roughly 200-250 ml of warm, filtered water.
  • Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pink salt to the warm water.
  • Stir well until the salt completely dissolves.
  • Optionally, add half a lemon and/or a teaspoon of raw honey.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 15-20 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

Stick to about ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pink salt per day. Consult with a doctor if you have hypertension or kidney issues. Use this drink as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle.
