  • 1 piece Flatbread (store-bought or homemade) For best texture, choose a thin flatbread that crisps easily.

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (halal) Roast, grill, pan-sear, or poach your chicken.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Add lettuce after baking for better texture.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated Traditional for Caesar flavor; can substitute with vegetarian option.
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing Use halal-certified or homemade dressing.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Brush evenly to avoid soggy spots.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Use to season the flatbread.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread and season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • Layer the cooked chicken evenly on top of the flatbread.
  • Add chopped romaine lettuce and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the toppings.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or air fry for 5–7 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve warm. Optionally add fresh grind of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispness. For added flavor, consider seasoning chicken or adding other toppings like cherry tomatoes or red onions.
