  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken works best for convenience!
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to your spice level
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • chopped green onions for garnish
  • crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, along with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined, using a spatula or a wooden spoon. For a creamier texture, use a blender briefly.
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly into it.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top, then place the dish in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before garnishing with green onions or blue cheese.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Adjust spice levels with different buffalo sauces or add more cheese as desired. This dip can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge.
