Ingredients
1/2 cup filtered water room temperature or warm
1.4 oz pink Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons ACV natural with mother
2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Salt Concentrate (Optional but Recommended)
Add 1.25 ounces of pink Himalayan salt into a clean glass jar.
Pour in ½ cup of filtered water, leaving space at the top.
Seal and let it sit for 12 to 24 hours until the water is saturated.
If crystals remain at the bottom, it’s ready. Keep adding more water and salt as needed.
Step 2: Prepare the Morning Drink
Measure 1 teaspoon of the salt concentrate or 1 teaspoon of pink salt.
Mix it into 8 to 12 ounces of room-temperature or warm water.
Stir until fully dissolved.
Step 3: Flavor Boost (Optional)
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
Stir in 1 teaspoon raw honey for sweetness (skip for keto or fasting).
Step 4: Drink It the Right Way
Sip slowly, ideally first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
You can also divide it into two servings (morning and midday) for steady hydration.
